- 4-5 chicken breasts
- can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of sour cream (I used Plain Greek Yogurt)
- 1/4 cup of water (I will probably omit this step next time)
- 6 slices of center cut bacon
Lay chicken breast in a 9x13 baking dish
Mix next three ingredients together and pour over chicken
Add salt and pepper
lay slices of bacon on top of creamy mixture
Cover with foil
Baked on 350 for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake another 10 minutes (this may very depending on how thick your chicken is.) I used thinly sliced breast. About 1/4 inch thick
We eat this over yellow rice. Cook the yellow rice according to package directions, except use chicken broth instead of water.

This dish has such a great flavor. Chicken is very moist and the bacon flavor puts it over the top.
